Gutenberg, named after Johannes Gutenberg is an updated editor for word press. It is now code name for the new block-based editor introduced in WordPress 5, further replaced by the classic WordPress editor which is built on TinyMCE. With this significant change, one can efficiently add multiple media types and arrange the layout within the editor with the help of blocks.
Gutenberg is a new page builder that makes the content creation more intuitive, provides more options for customizing your content, and eliminates the need to install a separate page builder plugin.
